童心藝伴行計劃 (2016-2019)

明愛樂晴軒獲香港公益金撥款資助,於2016至2019年進行為期三年的「童心藝伴行」計劃,服務懷疑或確診有精神疾病人士的5-18歲子女。計劃以家庭為本透過多元化創意活動,讓服務使用者能於一個輕鬆及安全環境下,投入各種藝術和戲劇活動,與其他參加者正面互動。本計劃主要提供沙盤評估、創意藝術活動、戲劇活動、親子活動和平行工作坊及社區互動劇場,共有1817位孩童及其家長受惠。大部分參加者在零標籤的環境下表示計劃有效提升自我接納、希望感和減輕壓力。現時,小家屬服務已成為全港24間精神健康綜合社區中心的常規服務,全面支援有需要的兒童及青少年,提升他們對情緒的覺察和表達,減少父母的情緒困擾對子女成長的影響,並促進親子關係。

Introduction of Little Angel Project

Caritas Little Angel Project was a supportive and developmental project for children of parents with mental illness (COPMI) held in 2016-2019 and supported by The Community Chest. The project aimed to provide support for children of parents with mental illness and family members holistically by means of creative arts and family interventions to strengthen family resilience. During the project, 1817 children and family benefited from the project, including sandplay assessment, creative arts activities, drama activities, parallel Workshops and interactive drama in a labelling-free therapeutic environment. Most of the participated families reported with enhanced self-acceptance, enhanced sense of hope and reduced of stress after joining the project. It is a good news that COPMIs service has become regular and long term service subvented by the Hong Kong SAR government in all the 24 Integrated Community Centre for Mental Wellness (ICCMW) throughout Hong Kong since 2018.

–以多元藝術手法例如:繪畫、音樂、舞動、寫作等,幫助參加者表達情緒和想法。

Creative Arts Group

–Used different art means like drawing, music, dancing and writing to help participants express own thoughts and feelings.

戲劇活動小組

- 以日常和家人相處作為劇場藍本,表達對家庭的期望。

Drama Group

– Used imaginative drama games to help participants reflect their daily intractions with parents into drama scence, to articulate their emotions and to show their wishes towards family.

社區互動劇場

- 創作話劇《松鼠兵團大作戰》和結合大笑瑜珈運動,向觀眾分享小朋友的壓力來源和壓力管理技巧,例如深呼吸和正向思維。

Community Interactive drama

– Created a Drama “The Squirrel Alliance” with Laughter Yoga elements to increase the awareness towards stress and educate stress management skills like deep breath and positive with audiences.

學校互動劇場

- 招募區內中學生創作和演出話劇,向觀眾帶出年青人的需要,鼓勵大眾關心和理解青少年,表達珍貴友誼的訊息。


School interactive drama

- Recruited secondary school students to compose and perform a drama in community theater which emphasized care, understanding and companionship are important to adolescents.
